Santos Cachondos

Growing up in a traditional Catholic and machista society, Renatto found in art a space for exploration, freedom, and self-expression. Santos Cachondos brings together characters inspired by Catholic mythology and reimagines them through a queer and sensual lens.

The collection features stylized, cartoonized nude male figures, playful poses, sultry expressions, and personal references to desire and foot fetishism. By placing the sacred alongside the sensual, Renatto creates a playful universe where religious symbolism, sexuality, humor, and personal identity can exist side by side.

Santos Cachondos is an exploration of the space between what is considered sacred and what is considered taboo—a celebration of desire, identity, liberation, and the freedom to create a mythology of one's own.
